There’s way more health & ammo packs lying around then you might expect, especially for Authentic. I got shot up in open combat just the once, was probably one hit away from death. There was a great deal of ghost killing, melee and pistol, and a moderate amount of sniping which I did almost entirely with subsonic rifle ammo.
